We as humans all have different cultural, socio-economic, and environmental backgrounds that tend to divide us. There are also many other should-be trivial things that separate us as a united people, such as; religion, race, gender, sexual preference, nationalism, profession, political affiliation, history, education, age, style, musical taste…the list goes on and on. Silencing your inner critic and living a more mindful life Some days it seems that the odds are stacked against us in life. What if, YOU are the TOXIC one?
What if, you are pointing the finger at everyone else so you don’t have to look at yourself? What if, everyone seems to be against you because you have unwittingly placed yourself into the position of the ‘bad guy’? What if, you are stuck in a perpetual loop of self-sabotage and self-victimization and are unable to view things objectively? What if, you have problems wherever you go and with everyone you meet, because you and your self-centered thinking ARE the problem?
Fear is the Illness, Love is the Cure
Some people only want to see you suffering because they are suffering. Some people only hate you because they hate themselves. Some people only put you down, because they need to be lifted up.
